BEHIND THE ACTION ITSELF…

It has been quite some time since I last sat by my favorite bay window, observing and daydreaming about the countless expressions of life unfolding during this strange period.

I needed to live, to listen, to act, and to feel before I could make sense of what had happened, while learning to set aside the fear of an inner resistance.

Because we all know how it goes: you take action, and suddenly the mind starts rowing against you, bringing to the surface all those doubtful and shadowy thoughts you never imagined were there.

And it happens because that is simply the nature of things.

For better or for worse.

Because even “Peace and Love,” when placed in the wrong context, can turn into naïve idealism, distorting reality itself.

“Therefore be as wise as serpents and as innocent as doves,” as Someone once said.

And this is precisely why I always emphasize the importance of truly listening to oneself: a person who knows how to listen inwardly and acts consciously in alignment with their deepest values cannot be controlled.

Not even by their own mind.

Not even by their own fear.

And certainly not by others.

During these months, while I chose not to sit by my favorite bay window, I discovered that having faith in myself—even when making mistakes—is one of the most important things to remember and never forget.
